Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

Bling in the Ring proudly ships worldwide to most countries. We regularly ship to Japan, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK and many other international destinations
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
Please note:
● Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and customs processing times.
● Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
● These fees are not included in the shipping charges collected at checkout unless otherwise stated.
● Customs delays are beyond our control and may affect delivery times.
● International orders are shipped from the United States.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Refused or Undeliverable International Shipments

If an international package is refused, abandoned, returned due to unpaid customs fees, duties, taxes, or returned because of an incorrect address, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any return shipping costs, customs fees, or carrier charges incurred will be deducted from any refund issued.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier. However, we will gladly assist customers in locating shipments and filing carrier claims whenever possible.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and retain all packaging materials for possible carrier inspection.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
