Return and Refund Policy

Returns:
Bling in the Ring stands behind its products with a 100% money-back guarantee (minus shipping and handling). All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@blinginthering.com to request a return authorization number before sending your item.

Mounted / Preset / Handmade Items — Final Sale

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of these products, all mounted or preset items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

This includes, but is not limited to:
• Mounted gemstones, marbles, pearls
• Mounted crystals 
• Mounted variegated stones
• Mounted Gemocite stones
• Mounted rhinestones, cabochons 

• Any stone, gem, or crystal permanently mounted, riveted, or preset into a ring or finding

These items are individually assembled and set by hand and cannot be resold once produced.

Customer Responsibility for Specifications & Approvals

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details before purchase, including stone size, color, finish, setting type, quantity, and compatibility with their intended application.

Bling in the Ring is not responsible for errors resulting from customer-selected specifications, including but not limited to:
• Incorrect size or stone selection
• Incorrect finish or metal choice
• Ordering an item incompatible with the customer’s project or use

Orders placed with incorrect specifications do not qualify for returns, refunds, or free remakes. Any remake due to customer error will require a new order at full cost.



Damaged or Incorrect Items (Our Error Only)

If you receive a mounted or stock item that is damaged in transit or incorrect due to our error, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

We may, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item after review. Shipping damage must be reported to the carrier immediately and properly documented.

Damage Claims:
If damage is suspected or evident, please open your package in the presence of the carrier (UPS, Motor Freight, or other) and note any damage (with UPS or on the Bill of Lading) before signing for your shipment.
Your order was inspected and carefully packed by professionals before leaving Bling in the Ring. It is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure your order arrives in the same condition in which it left our facility.
If your order is damaged in transit, please report the damage to the carrier as soon as possible. Return any damaged merchandise along with the original shipping carton and original invoice to Bling in the Ring via the same carrier it was sent to you.

International Returns:
Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable duties or customs fees. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and clearly marking the package as a return to help avoid delays or additional charges at customs.
We cannot accept packages that arrive with unpaid customs duties or COD charges.

Refund/Store Credit Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, a store credit will be applied to your account

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and are issued as in-house credit only. In-house credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
